A Message From The Foundry Hotel

During these unprecedented times, we recognize the need to do all we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests and associates. We will continue to closely monitor and follow guidelines from the CDC and local health departments.

We are also taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are adding additional steps to surpass the standards set forth for our industry. We will continue to monitor and adjust our services and offerings based on industry and regulatory directives.
Below are specific areas we are addressing throughout the guest experience within our hotel:


  • Unfortunately, due the current COVID-19 pandemic, the following services will be unavailable or modified until further notice to reduce guest interaction, unnecessary contact and ensure the safety of our guests and employees:

In an effort to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, we are taking additional measures throughout the guest experience as outlined below:


    • Cleaning and sanitation of exterior and interior door handles by dedicated staff at least once per hour. 
    • All hard surfaces will be wiped hourly and after each guest interaction.
    • Floor decals will be in place to facilitate proper social distancing.
    • Valet Parking will be available for $26 per day.

        Registration Desk

          • The registration desk will have sneeze guards installed to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees. 
          • All members of our Front Desk team will wear PPE to ensure safety for all. 
          • Service interruptions and exclusions will be explained prior to arrival and at check-in. 
          • The use of Digital Key through the Hilton Honors app is encouraged and preferred. Digital Key allows for a safe and effective means of checking in and out of the hotel by using your personal device as your guest room key.

                Lobby & Corridors

                  • Staff will conduct continuous cleaning and sanitation throughout the day. 
                  • Elevator service will be limited to members of the same party or family. 
                  • The use of stairwells is strongly encouraged.

                      Guest Room

                        • Guest rooms will be cleaned, sanitized, and sealed prior to check in. 
                        • Glassware, feature pillows and throws have been removed from the guest room.
                        • Stayover service will be suspended. 
                        • Nightly turndown service will be suspended.
                        • Additional toiletries and amenities will be available upon request.

                                The Workshop Lounge 

                                  • Hours of operation will be limited to 3PM - 11PM, Tuesday through Saturday.
                                  • Guests of the Workshop Lounge must be seated by a staff member to receive service. 
                                  • The Worklounge has been rearranged to accommodate proper social distancing. 
                                  • All beverage staff will be required to wear masks and gloves. 
                                  • Limited food and beverage options will be available and all menus will be disposable. 
                                  • Tables will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to seating guests.

                                            Benne on Eagle - Patio Dining and Take-Out Service

                                              • Hours of operation are limited to 5:00PM - 8:00PM, Wednesday through Saturday, 11:00AM - 2:00PM, Sunday.  
                                              • All orders will be Take-Out only.
                                              • All staff members will be required to wear proper PPE. 
                                              • Limited food and beverage options will be available and all menus will be disposable. 


                                                      • Guests are encouraged to check-out via digital key and emailed receipts are recommended.

                                                      Our Cancellation Policy

                                                      It is important to us that you are able to make informed travel decisions, and that you have peace of mind anytime you choose to visit The Foundry Hotel. Please review our cancellation policy.

                                                      • For a full refund, please cancel 48 hours before arrival date.*
                                                      • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
